Mr. Plaatjie is the Managing Partner and founder of Plaatjie Taupedi. Samuel heads the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department of Plaatjie Taupedi. He was enrolled with the Botswana Bar in 2015. Samuel’s practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, labour and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Besides dealing with dispute resolution and litigation, Samuel also advises and renders opinions to corporates on various legal matters and drafts and reviews commercial and employment agreements.
