Tlhalefo is a Pupil Attorney at Plaatjie Taupedi’s Litigation Department. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana in 2024.
He has independently managed and handled a diverse range of general litigation matters before all Courts of Botswana. His experience spans across employment disputes, medical malpractice cases, land & property issues, inheritance issues, constitutional challenges, judicial reviews, administrative law and procurement disputes. As a litigation attorney, Tlhalefo has also gained extensive experience and exposure in delivering oral submissions and legal drafting.
As a Pupil Attorney at Plaatjie Taupedi, Tlhalefo works under the tutelage of partners Samuel B. Plaatjie and Kaelo K. Taupedi.
